Tai Chi Chuan
  What You Will Learn Class Structure

Tai Chi Chuan will practice basic movements in a Yang style Tai Chi form. Apply these movements to real life situations. Work with a partner on better balance. Learn basic elements of meditation, Chi Kung and Yoga in each class.

Tai Chi Chuan sessions are structured so that with
regular attendance, students will be able to perform
a 12 minute exercise, internationally known as  
“The 60 Movements”.
