Gentle & Deep Yoga Relaxation offers participants the opportunity to experience deep relaxation through the practice of slow, gentle yoga postures to relax the body, followed by guided relaxation and breathing practices that help release mental tension and further relax the body. Through ongoing participation students will learn to recognize tension and develop the ability to resolve it through the specific mind-body yoga techniques used in this class.
