Community Yoga focuses on using yoga poses in combination with the breath. Yoga increases flexibility and stamina as well as helping with stress relief. Additionally, the students will learn relaxation techniques through breathing and meditation. Students will develop a better understanding of relaxation and a stronger connection to the body through yoga postures and breathing.

interested in Hatha Yoga. The class is offered to make it
affordable for everyone. All levels are welcome.
