Sarah Strahorn: I have been practicing massage for six years and graduated from the Baltimore School of Massage (before the Steiner Leisure takeover ). My specialties include a very strong deep tissue, trigger point work, sports stretching, and a Thai influenced mat massage which involves stretching and deep compression. Swedish relaxation massage, pre-natal, and geriatric work are also areas of speciaty for me.

After most massages, I also prescribe some basic self care stretches, exercises, or pampering to my clients based on the symptoms they present.
