After practicing yoga for nearly ten years, Jacinda Dariotis,
RYT-200 became certified to teach yoga. A shoulder injury
heightened her awareness about body limits and fosters her
teaching emphasis on alignment and self-acceptance. She
gravitates toward the Iyengar style of yoga. Jacinda feels
most at peace when practicing yoga and aspires to give each
and every one of her students the experience of inner calm
on the mat which, she hopes, will transfer to their lives
off the mat. Jacinda is certified in Multi-Style Hatha Yoga,
Prenatal yoga, and Radiant Child yoga and has a soft-spot
for partner poses. Remember to bring your sense of humor
to class… a yoga instructor who wears toe socks is bound
to have students crack a smile and chuckle at least once or
twice!
