Gina M. Corso is an outstanding graduate of the Tai Sophia Institute in Laurel, MD. In addition to expand the depth and capability of her acupuncture practice, Gina has completed a second course of study in Chinese Medical Herbalism. She now utilizes both modalities in the treatment room. Gina looks forward to the knowledgeable integration of traditional healing practices with contemporary Western medicine. She believes mindfulness and common sense forge the clearest path to health and rejuvenation. Gina is licensed by the state of Maryland and certified by the National Acupuncture Detoxification Association (NADA) as an acupuncture detoxification specialist. She is also a faculty supervisor in the Tai Sophia Institute student acupuncture clinic.
A native of Chicago, Gina enjoys the warmer climate of Maryland and the local harvests afforded by Maryland agriculture. You can find Gina perusing Baltimore area farmer’s markets, carefully selecting herbs, flowers, and produce for medicinal use and for pleasure.
