Chris began his study of yoga in 1992. Since then he
has had teachers in a variety of methods including
Iyengar, Kundalini, Sankhya and Anasura Yoga. He
recently completed Yoga teacher training at The
Himalayan Institute. Chris is also a dedicated
practitioner of QiGong and Tai-chi. During class his
aim is to blend these various body modalities together.
In his classes emphasis is placed on relaxation, alignment,
breathing and laughter even in challenging postures.
